Canada has staged voting hours. Most of the seats are decided at 9:30pm EST.

Newfoundland Time 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. (ends at 7pm EST)

Mountain Time 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (ends at 9:30 EST)

-drudgereport.com (conservative website that likes to leak things)
-http://www.newswatchcanada.ca/ - canadian website based on drudge - quickly publishes polls. Election results - who knows?
-AM radio stations - if you live near Canada - List of CBC stations. Note: these stations will not be available online.
-befriending someone in Canada and getting them to relay the results to you (this is legal if done privately)

The role of advance voting
2 million Canadians voted in advance. My guess is that this will cause the NDP to do 0.5%-1% worse than the current polls (due to the last-minute nature of the NDP surge), to the benefit of the Liberals and Bloc Quebecois. If the NDP surge turns out to have stalled and reversed in the past day or two (a reversal that as of now hasn't showed up in the polls), then you might not see this effect.
