Description

This event, co-sponsored by the University of Maryland - College Park and National Wildlife Federation, will provide students, faculty, staff, administrators, and community representatives with engaging workshops and discussions, covering topics ranging from LEED certification of campus buildings to renewable power alternatives and stormwater management to transportation planning. David Orr, Director of Environmental Studies at Oberlin College, will provide the keynote presentation. The conference will provide a forum to share experiences and tools needed to strengthen sustainability programs on campuses and in communities.
