United StatesStudents and other participants will maintain a blog at the ProgressiveU website during the period of Feb 15, 2008 to June 30, 2008 to discuss current events, public policy, and social justice issues in an effort to promote discussion and offer solutions to problems in the United States and elsewhere. At the end of the period, three winners will be chosen based on previously defined criteria (found at the website) and offered a scholarship ($500-$1000 each) to help with their educational goals.
