Dear Student Leader:

From July 29- August 4, students from across the country will descend
on the University of California-Riverside campus for the United
States Student Association's 56th National Student Congress. This
conference is the annual gathering of USSA's membership where student
delegates will debate issues, create proposals, and ultimately decide
USSA's organizing agenda.

At the conference, you can expect:

* Dynamic speakers who will address educational access issues as well
as students' role in the movement for social and economic justice
* Workshops on a variety of issues and skills.
* Caucus sessions to address the needs of particular communities in
our movement.
* Plenty of fun and exciting networking opportunities with active
students from all over the nation.
* A culminating plenary where delegates will decide the national
student agenda for the upcoming year.
