Since our inception during the 1987 Great Peace Walk, we have provided kitchen, first aid, and educational support for mass actions and other campaigns addressing the important issues of our time. Seeds of Peace is pleased to announce we have finalized the schedule and location for a full Free Action Camp this July in Northern Wisconsin. The Camp will be located at Anathoth Community Farm near the small town of Luck, Wisconsin. We invite all social and environmental justice activists, organizers, and other interested parties to attend this exciting and educational event.
Attendance is open to all and free of charge – Seeds Of Peace requests donations to help cover food and other expenses.
We will provide shuttle transportation from Minneapolis on July 5th - contact Seeds for more information.
Please bring your own camping gear and personal effects, keeping in mind the rural environment of the camp. Prepare for hot days, cool evenings, and lots of bugs, including ticks.

SEEDS OF PEACE WILDERNESS FIRST RESPONDER & ACTION MEDICAL COURSE
Immediately following the Free Action Camp, Seeds is sponsoring a full Wilderness First Responder/Action Medical training, open to anyone interested in learning the skills to provide first aid for the activist community. The staff of Aerie Backcountry Medicine, based in Missoula, MT, will teach the Wilderness First Responder section. Because Aerie supports the work we do, they have offered us a substantial discount on their usual fee. The fee for this course is $450.00 The WFR is a nine-day intensive course, at the end of which participants will be nationally certified. A three-day advanced Action Medic training taught by Seeds members will follow this. The dates for the WFR/Action Medic training are July 15- 27.
