The 2008 conference is entitled "Continuing the Dream…Constructing the World House". The conference will focus on practical ways we can each build the ‘world house’ that Dr. King referred to as the next step in creating the beloved community.
Our plenary speakers include Amy Goodman of Democracy Now, Reverend Lennox Yearwood of Hip Hop Caucus as the youth plenary, civil rights activist Ruby Sales, Gandhian scholar Michael Nagler, and Father Roy Bourgeios of SOA Watch.Geographical Scope: National Conference |
