York State Labor-Religion Coalition have teamed up to offer an anti-
sweatshop organizing conference for high school students from across
the Northeast.
During the weekend, we will:
*learn about the sweatshop economy and free trade
*strategize on how we can make a difference by campaigning in our
high schools
*learn skills in leadership development, building a student
organization, coalitions and grassroots power, media, fundraising,
facilitation, anti-oppression, and more
*build and strengthen a high school network of anti-sweatshop leaders
