This is a campus activist.
I'm a senior at Fairfield Highschool. I'll be attending the University of Oregon in 2005, where I will pursue either a Environmental Studies major or a Peace Studies major, with a minor in Englsih. I want to be an activist writer and I'm currently working on my first zine. I'm a vegetarian. I attend the political music festival High Sierra in Quincy, CA every year. I clean up trash around my town. (Every little bit helps, right?) I was Vice President of Increase the Peace, and Assistant Editor of our school newspaper. I divide recyclables and trash at my home and work. The garbage men don't pick up recyclables at my place of employment so I take them home for recycling. I guess that's the jist of my involvement. Nothing special, just trying to make a small difference. I'm open to protests and conferences if anyone wants to inform me of upcoming events. Anything else is welcome too, just email me!
