This is a campus activist.
I have been an organizer at UC Santa Cruz for about a year now. I've worked mostly on budget crisis issues. I participated in kicking military recuiters off campus, an food workers strike where the students shut down the campus, and I helped organize Tent University where I was arrested (check out tentstate.com). Right now I am working on the Campaign to defeat Prop 73 - the parental notification initiative.
