I have a concern that I hoped you could help me with. The land behind my home has become a dumpsite for class "B" biosolids. I have contacted the E.P.A. and the D.E.P. They insure me that everything they are dumping is safe. It isnot being properly disked into the soil and I have pictures of toilet paper and femenine products in the sludge, on top if the land. The land is very close to a river and I'm sure the sludge is running off into it. Can you offer any help?
